Hey ozblue,

There are 2 reasons that i can think of why ozminerals wouldn't just take over czi..

1. Czi have the knowledge and understanding of the area, saving oz the time to go over the whole thing again.

2. If they took over the company they would then still have to come up with the other 33mil (that it sounds like they need to get it off the ground) + the cost of takeover. This may be better in budget for them.

This is all just speculation, but the whole deal does seem to make sense.
