The debt to Siderian is nearly $2m so money from Chen will go to pay Siderian.
Then they are expecting to raise $2m from shareholders and others after giving away 35% of the business.
ATA still has 5m shares in TGN. An in specie allotment of these TGN shares should be made to all ATA shareholders before there is a capital raising.
