Hopefully things can only get better. But 141m shares - to raise $3m, that's 2.1c each share.
For long term holders the 50:1 consolidation destroyed all wealth. I would suggest that most shareholder's holding would be lucky to be worth 2c on consolidated basis.
Who is going to subscribe to this?
Mr Chen will get 141m for his $3m settlement so that's 50% of the company.
Also there are some $132m in ATA convertible notes out there - see p61 of 2016 Annual accounts.
Such a great potential totally destroyed.
Hopefully things can only get better. But 141m shares - to raise...
