The quality of those paraplanners is the question.
According to Intiger website, the software at this stage, only automates Insurance Only (outside super). This represents a small %% of SOAs a typical adviser would need. Looking through the rest of the SOA menu, this is still only limited advice scenarios covered.
My point is, judging by that SOA menu, they could be a long way from being able to handle the bulk of a practice's paraplanning requirements. To handle the more comprehensive advice scenarios, they will need experienced staff - difficult & costly to train someone offshore.
An experienced paraplanner who can write comprehensive SOAs, in Sydney or Melbourne on $80k-100k+ these days. There is a ongoing shortage of suitable candidates.
