Regarding my agenda: I have a small holding in IAM shares and I hope they perform well.

There are few members of this forum discussing the risks and challenges facing IAM, and too many projecting all blue sky and a share price many multiples of where it is today.

The reality is, that the vast majority of microcaps do not experience smooth sailing. Even when they do succeed often retail shareholdings do not share in the success, due to CR after CR and share dilution.

This is a very high risk stock.

Therefore I am asking some tough questions of the forum, with the hope that there are members here who know a lot more about the company than I do and can share in that knowledge. (as Glyco has done above)

I am not a career paraplanner, in fact I am putting paraplanning behind me, I've done it to death. I want IAM and similar businesses to be successful, so that back-office costs in this industry fall - and that will benefit everyone involved.
