I forgot to answer this one - yes doing business over there is very very different to doing business in Australia. Most business is done face to face, very little is achieved by email, what would take 3 months to agree on here would be 18 months to 3 years over there, the level of bureaucracy is like nothing you have ever experienced before - you just have to be incredibly patient and keep working through the processes getting more stamps on bits of paper and paying more fees etc. They have been operating this way for thousands of years and nobody is going to speed that up now.
