Alara currently holds 10% with rights to 70%.

Power proposing to commit 750k USD or 1.1m AUD for 10%+

as it stands, that values the project at 11m AUD, right?
the final % to Alara is to be negotiated, but expect less than 70%, right?

if a micro cap explorer had a tenement without any action and made a 11m AUD deal, that's unheard of except here and now. the share price would potentially triple or more.

sometimes these deals 2m+ or very low sums 200k for 90% or more, are they not?

And here Alara has a mining services JV but Power has apparently not committed to use them.
