The SP rose slightly at the start and has now retraced.
Not many punters would know over much about the science of valuing property. I certainly do not. We do understand though that there is an element of judgement involved and that it would depend upon the assumptions that have been made.
The macro says that things could get difficult. We get less exited about valuations. The net asset value is far more than enterprise value. It would need to be.
I might become a willing buyer again. Not anxious though.
