IMO buying opportunity if they go to IPO,I have a small holding in this and will add a lot more if it gets to IPO or lower.
Have larger holding in REP as already below IPO and will add a bit more if it gets to NTA.
The trick for me is to look long term,settle on a % of portfolio and then the hard part..leaving it alone.
The price I pay is for the distribution I hope to get.
I am not a trader just a long term investor and I think they are both good long term investments. What happens short term is anybody’s guess.
