    I am happy to acquire both for long term.Just was not prepared to pay a large premium to IPO for HCW as I missed IPO. You might be right about valuers,I just use NTA as a rough benchmark.Neither stock at full value will be more than 3% of my portfolio ,that way I sleep well at night !
