I've had a read of the prospectus but need a bit more info on the clinic shares. I feel like my initial model didn't quite get the nuance around the economic interest of those shares and the value of those shares.
HLA reports the consideration as clinic class shares but i'm keen to get an understanding of the true cost of their acquisitions and multiples paid. Any other company that does this? I feel like they seem to show the overall EBITDA of a clinic where in reality they only have the 70% economic interest so EBITDA growth can be a bit misleading when accounting for it at 100% ownership.
