And they are only paying 620k for them.
At 4.5% interest rate that is 27.9k a year.
Also could just be a test for their systems / processes for rolling up into their new optical business.
Revenues are near 1.4mil too so they can probably see areas for improvement.
That is one thing I like about this business. New acquisitions are fairly low stake. If certain regions or areas don't work out well they cut them.
And the losses are more than made up from the profits in other units / locations.
