I guess one difference is physios and podiatrists have referral sources (i.e. doctors/aged care providers) as opposed to vets which is all customer based.
If for example a couple of employee physios hold the referral relationship your risk is amplified. Again have no idea if this is the case with HLA its just potentially a higher risk factor than with the vets.
Of course the upside being if they can keep everyone motivated and onboard happy days.
