This is consistent with my view.
Attracting and retaining quality staff is an ongoing challenge for most businesses. The key question for me is if these practice founders can be suitably replaced if they choose to leave. I personally think that they can be provided Healthia standardise operations (which to claim to be doing) and invest in people (recruitment, training and succession planning). These areas will be a key focus for me in the upcoming results.
I think about all the capable salaried allied health professionals I know. They aren't exactly rolling around in cash. If the opportunity presented to manage a practice for a material bump in salary with incentives, would they consider it even if it wasn't their dream job? Absolutely they would
