Had another quick look at the prospectus.

A couple of quotes regarding the dividend:
"a dividend policy targeting paymentof between 40% and 60% of NPATA to Shareholders "
"The Boardanticipates that the first dividend to Shareholders is expected to be paid in October 2019"

So assuming they meet their FY19 guidance, then this would equate to a dividend of between $0.03 and $0.046 per share ($4.8m x 40-60% payout ratio / 63m shares on issue).

Obviously there are a lot of moving pieces here and they may have additional expenses relating to the additional acquisitions, however this would equate to a dividend yield of between 3.8% and 5.7% based on a share price of $0.80. Not bad for the potential growth profile.

I actually don't mind if they don't pay a dividend and reinvest this year, however interesting all the same. The full year results and presentation will be very interesting.
