Absolutely not concerned in the slightest. Including the escrowed shares the total amount of shares on issue is only 63,034,653. This values our company at merely $65 million. Do you think investors aren't aware of things like the release of escrow periods? I thought it would be an ordinary part of due diligence.
I my view, HLA is a steal at these prices. The business model is tried and tested, the management team is focussed and experienced, the market is defensive and growing and the company is highly profitable and pays dividends.
