Does Australia need more healthcare facilities? YES
Are there other hospital operators that could use HCW facilities? YES

Do I think, during my investment horizon (5yrs+), HCW will be worth more? YES

While the answers to these questions are still YES. I will stay invested. That's my investment thesis for HCW anyway. I'm happy to listen to others thoughts and will change my thesis if I feel it necessary.

Im sure others can come up with a bunch of other questions, where the answer is NO. But thats your investment thesis, not mine.

Im happy to keep holding and potentially buy more.
