why don't i bother response each of your question? because they are half question not the full one.. ! full one is below:

Do I know the exact ins and outs of how it will get resolved? NO.
Is healthcare property becoming more valuable? YES (the question should be how to make money out of property which may end-up in the country?)
Does Australia need more healthcare facilities? YES (does the Australian government going to make private healthcare system like US? )
Are there other hospital operators that could use HCW facilities? YES (how much discount new operator would ask from brookfield and healthscope?)
Do i think over the long term, HCW Healthcare facilities will be occupied? YES (how much will it cost shareholder to get this property re-occupied and how long the dividend will be cut ? what will be the next dividend/ )
Do I think, during my investment horizon (5yrs+), HCW will be worth more? YES (how many months if not year my dividend yield will be screwed because of this? )
