that depends on the outcome of Healthscope. It's early to make any call on this one yet for me.
In my opinion when credit crunch starts none of the banks will stand next to borrower !! They want exit by hook or crook ...! Brookfield has enough of cash & connection to stop this immediately but they not doing it or at least they have not provided indication for willingness to do it so why someone like me with tiny fund should takes a risk ? Again risk adjusted return t based on similar market with alternative fund providing better yield on my investment makes no sense to take this high risk.
however, I understand people has different risk appetite as well as different way to manage their risk so it is individual call what they do here.
i said this previously ...I am happy to miss out on opportunity as capital preservation is my first goal in this type situation.
