no wonder HMC stock going down and now more then 30% down from a time high in December.....!
he won't get anything for cheap and importantly who is going to pay HMC to buy any debt ? Is it going to do capital raise for HMC or HCW or something else ?
hmc simply trying to save face as DGT failed IPO to gain price momentum, hwc is going down since inception...! So where will money comes from?
the risk to HMC holder goes up if they get money by doing capital raise on HMC as dilution on HCW would be massive at current price in my opinion while HMC at $8 still reduce dilution significantly compared to HCW ...!
