Don't forget that HCW don't own all over the Healthscope hospitals, there are 38 hospitals in the Healthscope network.
So they only have a certain anount of leverage depending on whether it's a total sale or individual operations.
But yes without the lease they have no hospital business & HCW has cross guarantees which mean failure to pay the rent on 1 means that all 11 leases can be cancelled.
