Have you taken into account the 7 or so hospitals also owned by the unlisted fund which are also cross collateralised?
that’s a big chunk of the business with debt secured against it

if there is no/minimal equity in Healthscope now (per reports) any further loss of leases will materially eat into the value of the debt secured against the business

PS uber trader knows not of what he speaks when it comes to evicting tenants in commercial settings. Healthscope may put up a fight but it would be short lived and they would have to demonstrate an ability to keep rent payments goino get relief in my opinion
that's not to say it will be an easy smooth process but the writing is on the wall and the party’s will likely co-operate to smooth out the process as responsible corporate citizens (not like a delinquent residential tenant )
