To bring the bottom the healthscope need to get into receivership and administration period to end so basically a fire sale of healthscope and HCW to cancel next dividend as one of this will be devastating in my opinion obviously no one knows when will be bottom but this are the two things to watch on top of if they are lucky to find buyer !!
Otherwise if this administration period continues to drag then those with inside information will exit slowly slowly and retail investors will be made to believe things are changing....with every pump that comes during those periods.
Importantly, does anyone knows if Healthscope falling behind rent ??
last time someone said...healthscope paid half rent but not falling behind...so what happened to remaining half rent or interest payments to borrower ?? Any news ?
