People invest in REIT to get regular income and here company now withdraw it's dividend guidance which means no one knows if they do get dividend or not and how much will they get?
everything above is speculative without a doubt I was right from beginning, but some users only like to read and hear what convince their investment logic or punt not how industry works or how investment works.
Obviously no one knows if those who were advocating buying this stock and claims that it is low are now disappeared from this thread were actually selling while telling others to buy.
important for investors to stay away when someone unknown says "risk adjusted written" because everything said by them was wrong so far atleast !
