the misleading information provided by Tarvold that only one month rent will be lost is open for everyone to read but now you are going into second month...so how long will you stay without dividend and what will be opportunity lost cost ??
NTS was based on asset usage,. location etc so if asset not producing income then how will that impact NTA ??
