The Dec 2024 dividend was declared and got paid a few days ago in Feb 2025. The March 2025 dividend hasn't yet been declared and we do not know if they will declare it as they have withdrawn all FFO and DPU guidance for THIS year.
In relation to your other point, we do not know the quantum of funds received by HCW this quarter, because they didn't tell us how much of the rent has been defaulted on by Healthscope. "Part payment" can mean 10% or 90%. The fact that they have deliberately hidden this information makes me think that their definition of part payment is closer to 10%.
