it was a once in a life time set of bizarre circumstances uber, definitely not typical. once in 50 year events all at once. this happened just before covid as well. its just freaky. but it wasn't a good thing. there is the market and there's me the timing just fell into place by random chance.
yes SOL BKW have been invested well over a decade not. hopeless yield today but the yield on the old stuff is strong, i have just learnt to like them over the decades.
