I made a post long time ago which explains what and how normally things like this work out..so far everything going same way...but it could anytime and that is why I say risk is significant for this stock.
now, in that I also said what HCW owns is hard asset but it is going to be long battle and so I exited and deployed capital elsewhere which is giving me dividend ...and anytime of my choosing I can always return to HCW if situation changes but paying 80c or even 70c for the REIT asset not paying dividends is very risky to me.
