love to see the landlords play hardball and threaten to close the hospitals down if no suitors want to pay the current rent. Labours health minister would have egg on his face then as his unionised hospital workers are made redundant shortly after the election. His tough talking comments could back fire on him if like the Whyalla steel works when it went into administration the government had to use taxpayer funds to keep it running.
if the 650000 patients don't get care in health scope hospitals they will have to use the public system which already can't cope.
there is leverage here that tough operators can use
