In the event that HCW do agree to a lower rent (which I believe is unlikely especially as an unlisted fund part owns the properties), the share price should still rise.
asx punishes uncertainty and the whole Healthscope situation has been crushing the price for quite a while. Once resolved with a new operator / owner that uncertainty disappears and confidence should retreat to the stock.
NTA , debt, profit, dividend and broad thematic is all positive.
with our growing and aging population we certainly don't need less hospitals! And finding land in the right location to build New supply for the population is not easy.
