    Just a note - In Australia, when a tenant doesn't pay their full rent, it's generally referred to as being "in arrears" or "rent arrears." While "falling behind in rent payment" is also used and understood, "rent arrears" is the more common and formal terminology.

    The next date interest payment by Healthscope is due on March 12. just google to verify.

    Even if Healthscope fails in their debt payment then HCW & HMC can't just walk in and evict the patients and remove staff or re-employ staff with their own company or get new operator. Everything goes through court and before it goes to court there are other alternative that will take their position to avoid litigations and related cost.

    Biggest problem is that HCW is just another landlord not the owner of the business otherwise they would have done something about it but as a landlord you need to wait until all legal steps are completed and then think about something else. If HCW decide to go to court then as a shareholder you pay for the cost first.
