Ubertrader could you please provide your most negative, doom and gloom interpretation on this update?
As a shareholder, id be happy to see a well funded operator take over the leases, if the rents are significantly above fair market, maybe some negotiation and lets get back to paying our quarterly divs (if somewhat slightly reduced, so be it, ive got a good entry price) ... share price hopefully settles in the early $1.00 to $1.20 region. Looking forward to a resolution over the next few months.
