I've been unwinding my BABA position over the last few months that I took up around $80USD and this looks like a great option to park some money for the next few years. The good thing about this REIT is that alot of REIT investors hate uncertainty. Most REIT investors tend to be looking for a secure high dividend paying investment, which means that at the moment they aren't enticed by this. As a result, there aren't a lot of buyers in the market & quite a few sellers, which makes this opportunity compelling!
