I reckon multiple players have a significant incentive to be jawboning the media about "reduced rents".
The significant majority of properties are 100% required and could not be replaced in the same locations for current valuations. The pending interest rate cuts are already pushing valuations in the opposite direction.
As you've mentioned, higher rents are already kicking in so cashflow should be strong. I've topped up to my tolerance level, happy to wait and see from here.
