this statement of yours shows lack of understanding about healthscope situation "the lessee pays the rent until they can find an alternative tenant" .. because healthscope isn't going to demand what they want, the new operator going to say what they will buy and at what rent.... and they will tell HCW to take away mental health area as they don't need it (if they wanted without mental health facility) and if everyone agree including discount on rent then only new operator will buy otherwise you need to pay everyone 7.2c dividend for this calendar year !
so you told everyone that dividend for this year will be 7.2c and now telling that there won't be any for another quarter so did you pluck the number out of the air?
HCW currently giving 15% concession (delayed payment) on top of everything by not recovering full rent until August !! that helps any educated person to guess that 15% might be something HCW would work but in my opinion new buyer will ask 25% as they knows that HCW can't buy healthscope unless HCW does capital raise 74c with 20% discount .. lol
.. and based on history of HCW.... it will be surprising to get people investing in it !!
