if cashflow was decent compared to cost then you would have got last dividend but you didn't... !
reit mostly go for fixed interest rates so their mortgage rates don't go down everytime RBA reduce rates.. ! They need to change lender & pay fees to existing banks and renegotiate it but it isn't as simple as calling CBA !
