Curious question but what is with the obsession on dividends?
This maybe suggests you might be a retiree relying on dividend payments to support your income potentially???
Otherwise, it wouldn't really matter whether a REIT paid a dividend or kept it internally, as you ultimately own this regardless of whether its paid out or not
