it is telling that until August they won't get full rent... while outstanding rent due in September... there is no guarantee new tenant agree to pay that .. ! New tenant will negotiate rent which is one of the biggest cost to operate this facility!
what they should be telling is how they paying their debt and will they pay next Dividend or it will be another cancellation ?
