To educate naïve trades.. the reason announcement says due to be paid in September is because this company hasn't received full rent since March 2025 so in August it will be six month in row healthscope won't pay full rent and they will keep 15% in their pocket and if you add six times 15% then it's 90% so assumption here is that to avoid caveat in the HCW lease healthscope will pay remaining rent in September ... and meanwhile new tenant if smart will offer 20% lower rent or let healthscope to buy out by HMC or HCW
