it doesn't include the fact that they haven't yet declared a dividend for next quarter so will they pay any?
out of last 3 dividend for second quarter the declared dividend by 7th June and in one case 13th so what will happen now? will they pay or not?
luckily I exited HCW and put the money into other REIT which is paying me regular dividend every quarter so i don't need to make fake narrative that i bought at $1 then sold at 95c and still made 18% profit .. lol
