why would government remove tax deductibility ? if they do it for this business then there will be way more businesses in the queue to get similar benefit !
the government isn't gone nuts to give such benefits and at the end of the day labor made it very clear they are not going to put public money to save private equity !!!
if HCW can reduce rent now by 15% so nothing stopping them to reduce it to 20% for next 2 years and let the new operator sign a lease and keep the fund floating otherwise the banks will be on HCW's back to pay their debt !!!
