    Ugh... I'll put it in really simple terms.

    For the Healthscope component of HCW, the property build-up is approximately 65% Equity, 35% Debt. At the current valuations, it is implied that the Healthscope assets are only worth about 40% of the last property valuation which doesn't even make sense. In other words the 65% equity component has been marked down to being only 5%.

    Stopping dividend payments is quite a prudent investment strategy in highly uncertain situations like the current one to ensure sufficient cash flow.
