From experience I had a big REIT investment like this in 2019. Vitalharvest had sold down to $0.75/share but had net tangible assets of about $1.25/share. This was during the drought and farmland had been sold off dramatically due to uncertainty around when the drought would end with it largely being written off as a bad investment.
So I bought 200k shares @ $0.75/share and doubled my money in 18 months. This seems like a similar situation to that
