I have been in Sydney working for the last couple of days, got back late last night.
I was most certainly approached for this CR, but could not comment until after the release yesterday.
Apparently I was the third largest holder with approx. 4.5% before the CR, I will drop down to just under 4% after the shares have been placed.
I could not take advantage of the CR, which I thought was good deal, and a timely raise in the currant market conditions.
Mainly because any and all money I have is invested in my company at the moment.
I only had a very short period to to get money out and it is a very busy time for me, so just could not do it.
It does not surprise me that we retraced a bit yesterday, we now seem to have found support at this level.
We all await the next round of news flow.
The options are great, if they strike the company instantly raises 13m or so putting us in good shape going forward.
I am confidant that either Good news flow and or a Silver will have enough of a rise between now and when they expire to hit the money!
