I agree that it's very annoying seeing $1.15 million worth of shares given on a plate to sophisticated and professional investors at bargain prices that we aren't able to participate in!!
The very same story happened a few months ago in another stock i was in.
Some of the posters were extremely vocal in their criticism of management even though Sprott was one of the new investors.
Those same posters no longer post on that company's thread as I presume they got the pip and left!!
Now the share price is markedly higher(83.3%) and with way larger volume traded daily.

My caution is don't let emotion affect your investing decisions as it can cost you dearly.
Do they have a great prospective land holding to dig on?
Is Silver at historicaly low prices compaired to gold as well as its own historical price...therefore having large potential to the upside?
Are they about to embark on activities that, if positive, substantially rerate the companies future?

Anyways just a few thoughts
