Yeah, I did see that Q3 guidance, but I can't help feeling there's real momentum building now. With two prime locations ready to go, and the groundwork largely in place, it just feels like they're lining everything up for a strong push once those final boxes are ticked.

Permits and funding always take time, fair enough—but if they’re serious about fast-tracking, we could see announcements sooner rather than later.

Like you said, April's report should shine a light on how close we are.

Fingers crossed for a surprise sooner than September.
