How do these things go again? Something about a marathon or a sprint, yet strange how everyone wants the end result known in a heart beat.

For my part, l sold out of free holdings in ASM too soon, but in double digit dollars. Have watched the first lap from afar, now back in heavily around $1.50 sell off.

Very happy to hold now and see each facet of the business develop. Sadly, with bet now in place, l am expecting a frustratingly long slow haul.

Not being a doomsdayer here, in fact quite the opposite. However, in my experience painfully slow seems to be the way junior tech/developers and recovery stories seem to go, much to the chagrin of those who were on the shooting star and forgot Newton's 3rd law of motion.

In my investment world knowing roughly what the battlefield looks like and how fast it moves helps me to get my head in the right space.

Now contrast that with ALK and POG over the last few weeks. In my view that battle is more like the quick and the dead all laid at the feet of IG selling, presenting an excellent trading opportunity.
