I think it spawned from a change of directors interest notice where Ian readjusted his holdings between his own private entities. It was sometime last year and read “transfer between entities with no change in relevant interest”. Some people don’t scroll passed page one of announcements I guess.
The entities are something like I G estate #, chapelgreen, and abbbotsleigh. Something to that effect I can’t remember from memory.
