ASM don't have the money to instruct hyundai to complete the later stages of the EPCD without a committed funding source, from memory it will cost over $30M. hence why we the company has opted to do some bridging work with bechtel so it looks like stuff is still happening while the main story is on hold pending funding/offtakes.
