maybe they have a better option. Early in the year they has 2 possible options and were concentrating on one of them. In the last quarterly they said they now have 5 prospects. Maybe one of the new 3 is better than the one they were concentrating on.
I certainly dont know the answer just putting out the possibility.
Given their capital constraints they need to pick the best option.
